Ca'n Blau is a quiet and romantic restaurant located inside the Gran Hotel Sóller in the centre of town. We delight our guests with an exquisite menu, cooked according to the Mediterranean style and focusing on local products from Mallorca and the Balearic Islands. We give preference to local and seasonal products, respecting each ingredient and our environment.
Our chef from Sóller, Rafael Torrens will surprise you with his fusion of flavours from Mallorcan cuisine and the rest of the Mediterranean. Together with his team, knowledgeable of the local culture and tradition, with training and experience in haute cuisine, they will make you enjoy a culinary experience of excellence.
Our great servings are accompanied by our best wines, chosen by a good palate and combined to complete a wonderful night.
You can visit our restaurant for breakfast, lunch or Dinner. We serve a delicious buffet breakfast combined with orders for hot dishes prepared at the moment. Lunch and dinner are served inside o at the terrace by our garden during the summer months.
