There are different options you can choose to get to our hotel from Palma airport. The most comfortable and quickest way if you don't have a rental car is to take a taxi or hire our private transfer. Both services have an extra cost. The taxi will cost you about 65,00€ depending on the traffic and the private transfer costs 130,00€ per transfer, for a maximum of 3 people.
There is also the option of arriving by bus. You would have to take the line bus from the airport to the center of Palma and then take another bus to Sóller

Yes, we have a car park at the main entrance and another at the back of the hotel. If you do not find any free place at the main entrance parking, please go to the reception and they will tell you how to proceed.
The hotel car park is not included in the room rate. The price of the exclusive parking for our guests is 12€ per parking space per day (limited spaces).

We apologize but pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Our reception is open 24 hours a day, there will always be someone to assist you.
The check-in can be done from 02:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can go to the reception and they will keep your luggage. If your room is ready before that time, we will be happy to give you your room earlier. (We suggest to leave your mobile phone number at the reception)
You can leave the room at 12:00 p.m. at the latest.
The late check out can be requested at the reception on the morning of your departure and you will be informed if possible. (There may be an extra charge).
In case it is not possible we can keep your luggage and you can continue using the hotel facilities until your departure. We also have available changing rooms and shower in our spa area.
Yes, there is free wifi in all the hotel facilities. If you have any connection issue during your stay, please inform our staff.
Currently is not necessary to book the spa for using it. However, we check the capacity of the wellness area constantly
Yes, the use of the Spa is permitted for children at any time from 9:00 to 9:00 p.m. and of all ages (provided they are accompanied by an adult)
Yes, we have a gym next to the Spa area. You will find a disinfectant spray and paper to be able to disinfect the machinery before and after use.
Yes, there is a menu of treatments in your room that are carried out in a massage room next to the Spa. This service is provided by external Therapists so you please make a previous reservation at the reception.
Yes, you will find a bathrobe and slippers in your room's bathroom. These can also be used to go to the spa area. If you need Pool towels you can go to the reception and they will be given to you.
Yes, there is a hair dryer and amenities set in all rooms. If you have forgotten anything, we also have some extra amenity that is not in every room so please contact our reception.
Yes, you need to request the service at the reception and you will be given a bag for the clothes and a sheet/form in which you need to indicate what service you want (washing, ironing, etc.) for each garment.
